Every Vibe rental campervan is prepared for responsible travel and certified to New Zealand's current self-containment requirements. Each vehicle includes a fixed toilet and water facilities; the Aurora also includes a private shower.
Certification does not mean camping is allowed everywhere. Travellers must follow council bylaws, signs and campground rules, use permitted locations and leave every place as they found it.

Yes. Vibe's rentable campervans are certified self-contained to the current New Zealand requirements.
Can I freedom camp anywhere?
No. You must obey local council bylaws, signs and restrictions and camp only where your vehicle and activity are permitted.

What does self-contained mean for my trip?
